Installing Tape in Hair Extensions
Ever wondered exactly how Tape in Extensions are installed? I know people may say, “Oh, it’s so easy you just sandwich them together!!” Well, what does that mean? Not everyone is a hair extensions specialist. I decided to put this compilation of pictures together for everyone who may be wondering how to install the tape in extensions. If you still have questions we have our video that is also very helpful. These are done in a detailed step by step process.

- Make sure your hair is unwashed and semi-dirty!

- Decide on where you want your extensions.

- Make a long straight part.

- Perfect straight line!!!

- Pick the color(s) that you want to use.

- Align the tape tabs perfectly!

- Our Extension Tabs fit perfectly!!

- Make another part directly above the other, leaving about 1/8″ of hair.

- Peel off the white backing.

- Align it perfectly with your straight part.

- Pull hair down over exposed tape, and press firmly.

- Remove any hair that is not stuck to the tape. If you do not, the hold will not last as long.

- Remove backing from 2nd piece of hair, and aligh perfectly with the bottom piece.

- Press firmly together!

- Cut off excess so it will match your length.

- And “Ta-Da” You now have a colored piece of hair!

Okay so i bought the Stain Strands Premium 100% Remy Human Hair I-Tips But i Don’t have The exeoisntn Tool, I heard this tool is about $30 but i Dont have money(:, Is there another way i can put them on ?or do i have to buy the Extension tool? Someone told me i could use a straightener because it is almost the same, that i can use it to melt the glue and stick it to my hair, Is this true?
You have to have the heating tool. It distributes the heat differently than a flat iron.
